Let’s be honest—booking family photos usually ranks somewhere between “assembling IKEA furniture” and “trying to get everyone out the door on time.” But this? This is different.

Imagine a photographer with a sense of humour, tons of patience, and knack for getting the shot. Now imagine a stunning flower farm that looks like it belongs in a Hallmark movie. We’re talking rows of dreamy blooms, golden light, and fresh air. Country Cut Flowers is literally the cutest place in Ontario.

These sessions are the opposite of stiff and awkward. No one is standing there wondering what to do with their hands or holding a smile so forced it could crack glass. Instead, it’s relaxed, a little chaotic (in a good way), and genuinely fun. You’ll walk, chat, laugh, maybe bribe your kids once or twice—completely normal behavior. And for those of you who like things short and sweet, mini sessions are only 15 minutes long. No time for people to get bored and just enough time for me to capture a bunch of frame worthy images.

And somehow, against all odds… the kids enjoy it.

Even more shocking? The men do too. The same people who usually ask, “How long is this going to take?” every three minutes suddenly find themselves laughing, relaxed, and—dare we say—cooperating. It’s basically a miracle, but with better lighting.

The whole experience is quick and painless. No drawn-out posing marathons, no emotional negotiations, no one questioning their life choices halfway through. Just a beautiful location, a photographer who keeps things light and easy, and real moments unfolding naturally.

Mini sessions spaces are limited and on specific dates. Please take a minute to decide if this session would work for your family. Full sessions are more flexible with longer session time, your choice of date, choice of location (the flower farm can be booked for full sessions as well – permit fee not inluded in your session).
